When you refer to our rehab department, you can trust that your patient will continue to be your patient. Our rehabilitation plans are custom-made to fit the unique needs of your patient, and you will receive updates on their progress through regular evaluations. If additional diagnostics are necessary, you have the option to have them referred back to you.
