What Your Neighbors Are Saying…
So grateful that I found Central Houston Animal Hospital. They took in my cat last minute and were extremely thorough in their testing to figure out what could be wrong, and how to properly treat her. Dr. Reid is super informative & their staff is all extremely helpful and kind. This will be our go-to vet moving forward.
I had a great experience with Dr. Faulkner and the staff at CHAH! I brought my dog in to get neutered and they made us both feel extremely comfortable. While he was recovering, the staff made sure to keep me updated on his status and even sent pictures to show he was doing well. I also highly recommend the groomer as she has done a great job keeping him happy and clean!
It only took three visits to get my eight year miniature poodle happy again. Thanks Dr. Marziani!!! You work wonders.
I highly recommend Dr. Faulkner and Dr. Smith, and the care of the supporting staff. And Carrie the groomer is fantastic, she goes well out of her way to accommodate my every need from working with my schedule to my dog’s specific skin and coat requirements. Thank you for your exceptional service!
Prevention is key
By age three, 80% dogs and 70% cats have some evidence of periodontal disease; and at advanced stages, it can significantly impact a pet’s quality of life. Dental disease causes halitosis (bad breath) and mouth pain, which can make eating challenging. Plus, the bacteria from the mouth can enter the bloodstream and cause heart, liver and kidney complications. Periodontal disease is irreversible and will only progress; Prevention is key!
